**Job Description**

- Support the operations team in data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Help coordinate projects and maintain project documentation, including timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Help manage inventory and supply chain processes, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve inter-departmental communication.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

**Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous internship or work experience in operations or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of lean management or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
