**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily sales operations, guiding the sales team to achieve their targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for developing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and reporting on sales performance to upper management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise daily operations of the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Set and communicate sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Lead team meetings and motivate staff to maximize productivity and morale.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, resolving any escalated customer complaints effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or at least a high school.
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a minimum of 3 years in a communication and direct sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
